Job Description:

The Senior Business Management Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

This role will be part of Workforce Management and Capacity Planning team of U.S. Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) department. It will be responsible for management of capacity planning process. The primary responsibility will be to analyze data, historical volumes, forecast resource requirements, and optimize capacity models to ensure efficient resource allocation, that we can meet current and future demands effectively and that senior management is correctly advised on any gaps to the required capacity. The role will provide critical support to drive capacity planning E2E from data collection and analysis, interactions with the respective stakeholders and monthly reporting to the senior management. Additionally, the position will support roll-out of Workforce Management Tools across U.S. FCRM and will serve as liaison between vendor and FCRM stakeholders. Analyzing reporting and identifying / addressing potential gaps will be critical component for its successful implementation.

  • Focuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters
  • Independently performs tasks from end to end

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+years relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Workforce Knowledge and how to calculate various workforce metrics
  • Analytics Skills
  • Background in AML operations role preferred
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines with efficiency
  • Demonstrated initiative and creative in problem solving
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with Capacity Planning/Forecasting/Reporting/Finance/Data Analytics

Customer Accountabilities:

  • Provides specialized business management related advice/support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness; understand trends, identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to management
  • Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy
  • Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
  • Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies/processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
  • Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities
