Compensation: $22.85/hr

Principal Accountabilities 

• Line set up, daily paperwork, scanning, help with breaks, yield accountability, HACCP and SSOP verification, labeling product, train new hires and follow up with them

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to read and write English fluently

 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous inventory or forklift experience

• Basic experience with basic handheld scanner

• Experience formulating meats

• Experience leading a team

• Ability to use and understand inventory tracking systems on the computer

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Previous Cargill experience

• Work history in the last 12 months

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
