We are currently hiring for the position of Real Estate Salesperson in our friendly and energetic Lewiston office. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for marketing property listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Display and market real properties to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
