SpyCloud is on a mission to keep companies and consumers safe from data breaches, account takeover and online fraud. We are looking for an experienced and analytical Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing guidance on deal structures, pricing, and contract negotiations.. This role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.   They will work closely with the Sales and Ops leadership team to implement and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze sales deals to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide pricing recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis and trends
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and product, to ensure deals are executed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all deals and provide regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

• You're very well organized and have a reputation for getting things done
• You're consistently creative and intellectually curious 
• You're not afraid to challenge the status quo or executive leadership when needed
• You are data driven and support your strategy with success analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com and Contract Management software
