Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Participates in and drives enterprise-level adoption, usage, and value realization activities for strategic Digital, Data, and AI initiatives. Assigned work is focused on enabling sustained human behavior change, driving adoption and usage of new capabilities, and translating realized outcomes into clear and measurable business benefits. The role requires cross-department collaboration and regular interaction with senior leaders across the organization.

This role operates across organizational boundaries, embedding into existing governance and leadership forums, supporting alignment on expected benefits and outcomes, and providing visibility into adoption progress and risks. The role has enterprise-wide scope that extends beyond the originating organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Enterprise Adoption, Change Management & Value Realization (60%):

  • Applies advanced change management practices with a strong emphasis on influencing human behavior, incentives, habits, and ways of working.

  • Partners with leaders and teams to clarify intended benefits, define adoption and usage measures, and align on outcomes-based success criteria, remaining consistently aligned with the Tech AI Change Manager to ensure a unified and coherent change approach.

  • Designs and executes adoption strategies that extend beyond communication and training to support sustained behavior change, working in step with technology, product, and change partners.

  • Collaborates with AI Center of Excellence (CoE) Product Management and individual workstream Product Managers to remain attuned to product roadmaps, delivery milestones, and success metrics, ensuring adoption and value realization efforts are aligned with evolving capabilities and intended business outcomes.

  • Tracks adoption, usage, and realized outcomes over time and translates insights into clear, executive-ready business benefit narratives.

  • Identifies resistance, misalignment, or gaps between expected and realized benefits and partners with leaders and stakeholders to address cultural, structural, or incentive-based barriers.

  • Partners with Corporate Communications during key releases or milestones to appropriately showcase progress and impact across the enterprise (e.g., USBnet features and executive-level forums such as Dominic Town Halls).

  • Builds and delivers executive-ready materials and proactively participates in leadership, governance, and cross-functional forums to reinforce adoption and benefit realization expectations.

Operational Support, Executive Reporting & Forums (40%):

  • Prepares executive materials, dashboards, and adoption and value realization updates for leadership forums, business reviews, and QBRs.

  • Synthesizes adoption data and observations into enterprise-level themes and trends, providing insight into systemic opportunities or risks.

  • Partners across organizations to support alignment, communication, and decision-making as initiatives expand in scope.

  • Performs other enterprise change management, adoption, and communication activities as assigned (e.g., workshops, forums, and leadership presentations).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Typically 10 or more years of experience in change management, transformation, strategy, or adoption-focused roles supporting large, complex, enterprise initiatives.

  • Demonstrated mastery of change management with a strong emphasis on influencing and sustaining human behavior change at scale.

  • Proven ability to operate independently with significant autonomy in complex, highly matrixed environments.

  • Consistent experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within Financial Services and/or Banking.

  • Demonstrated experience driving enterprise adoption, usage, and value realization for large-scale initiatives.
