Your main mission will be to support the transformation of sites towards world-class performance, notably through on-site coaching and training workshops.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>The position is based in Paris and includes frequent travel (more than 50% of the time) to mining and metallurgical sites in Gabon, Senegal, Indonesia, France, Norway, the United States, and New Caledonia.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b>Responsibilities : </b></span></span></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span><span><span><span>Actively participate in projects to improve organizational efficiency and implement the Eramet Production System (EPS).</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Utilize methods such as Lean 6 Sigma to develop actions and create tailored roadmaps to address operational discrepancies.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Monitor projects analytically, prescriptively, and collaboratively with the industrial management of the sites.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Contribute to KPI benchmarking and the sharing of best operational practices within the Group.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Influence organizational structures to optimize interfaces and ensure the viability of world-class performance routines.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Guide change management and positively impact management through coaching.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b>Your Profile:</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>Languages: Fluent in French and English (oral and written), Spanish recommended.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>Experience:</span></span></span></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span><span><span><span>Minimum of 8 years of operational experience at world-class mining and metallurgical sites.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Significant experience in leading operational improvement projects.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Knowledge of RCA, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM methodologies, etc.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Professional experience in mines/plants recognized for their operational excellence.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Proven expertise in Excel and digital tools dedicated to operations.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><b>Our advantages :</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>Join Eramet, a responsible and committed mining group for an exciting professional adventure full of opportunities.
