Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on performing data reviews that are related to data accuracy, product guidelines, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to research and resolve data issues.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Data Governance Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Lead STTM & Data Lineage Compliance activities (SWAT Team) with application teams 

• Collaborate with Data Lineage, Stewardship teams and other stakeholders on SWAT team goals and overall strategy. 

• Handhold application teams to resolve any STTM gaps supporting enhanced data quality STTMs. 

• Solicit customer feedback (voice of customer) on STTM/Data Lineage compliance and translate that into product requirements/process improvement opportunities.  

• Facilitate STTM/Lineage Office hours to address customer issues, concerns, and questions. 

• Conduct GetData demos and training sessions for faster customer adoption.

Lead STTM/Data Lineage Process Improvement initiative with GetData 

• Drive EDG GetData product roadmap to align with overall strategy and recommendations from the SWAT team. 

• Implement process/product improvement requirements based on customer feedback and gap analysis. 

• Assume test lead role; Conduct UAT and gather user testing feedback prior to implementation for all GetData enhancements and bug fix releases. 

• Partner with GetData and MyServices for bulk STTM migration and retirement of legacy STTM repository (EIR)  

 Lead ICR automation for data access patterns 

• Participate in data access pattern review sessions with Risk, EA, Infosec, My Services and Cloud COE teams. 

• Drive Product Intent discussions and design document working with cross functional teams. 

• Lead testing/UAT for all ICR releases, enhancements, and troubleshoot production issues; escalate risks and issues as needed pertaining to implementation. 

• Conduct ICR training sessions, drive adoption, and conduct roadshows for application teams across the organization.  

Lead Model Transformation Technology workstream representing Enterprise Data Governance 

• Participate in working group sessions. 

• Support data access patterns and data delivery for Model Transformation workstream 

• Work on design session/requirements and pattern implementation with MyServices and Cloud COE. 

Lead Data Science 2.0 data access workstream representing Enterprise Data Governance  

• Support Data Science community with governance and data access requirements 

• Work with architecture and DS Platforms teams on DS 2.0 pattern discussions 

• Work on design session/requirements with MyServices and Cloud COE 

• Provide input on DS Standard tied to data exchange procedure.  

Qualifications

• 4 years

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• AWS Cloud experience
