The Manager designs them during construction and then leads the organization that runs them.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":272}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":300,"335559739":60,"335572079":10,"335572080":6,"335572081":4860443,"469789806":"single"}"> </span></p> <p><em><span data-contrast="none">Material Flow and Plant Layout</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":210,"335559739":70}"> </span></em></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Design end-to-end material flow — inbound receiving through finished goods shipment — including bulk chemical and rare earth feedstock handling, inter-area WIP movement, and finished magnet packaging and dispatch.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":60,"335559740":258}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Define WIP locations, buffer sizing and staging areas between Metallization, Magnet Production and Machining, and physically confirm them on the floor with Construction and the Operations areas before turnover.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":60,"335559740":258}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish the storage strategy: racking, bulk storage, hazardous and controlled material segregation, environmental and humidity requirements, and floor marking and location addressing.</s
