Full Time - 8am to 4pm, rotating on-call weekend schedule

The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Home Care Assistant Manager to join our team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Home Care Assistant Manager:

Oversees the private duty services in the community
Orientation and training of caregivers
Scheduling
Determines client needs and assigns appropriate personnel
Perform assessments, spot checks and meet and greets
Assist with payroll and billing
Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of personnel as applicable and all other federal, state, and accreditation regulations

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

Current CPR certification
CNA certification required
Good verbal communication skills required
