All will train 7a-3p
Pay: $24.79 - $40.80/hr.
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
You should be able to interpret blueprints and schematics, use a variety of tools and diagnostic devices, and have a keen understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspect machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem
Repair or replace the necessary parts, such as gears, bearings, and valves
Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery
Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices
Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
Required Qualifications:
proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Good manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Good communication and team working skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate or associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
Understanding and adhering to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like arc flash suits, is essential.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including 480V three-phase systems, is highly valued. This includes working
with motors, control panels, and other industrial equipment
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT) OSHA Safety Certifications HVAC Certification Electrical and Mechanical Certifications vocational or associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field. Experience: mechanical knowledge in the operation, repair and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and fix equipment malfunctions efficiently. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand the working of machinery. Experience with various tools, including power tools, multimeters, and testing devices, used in the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, managers, and other stakeholders, report issues, and explain equipment functionalities. Ability to follow safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Attention to detail to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition and to avoid overlooking potential issues. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery
