🎮 What will you do as our Senior AI Engineer?

As a Senior AI Engineer for FutureWhiz’s content creation team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and supporting tools that enable both automated and human-in-the-loop generation of high-quality educational content. You will work closely with content creators to help them develop production-ready versions of their vibecoded apps and set up robust backend infrastructure to support their needs. You’ll work in a team of developers and content creators, collaborating more broadly with product managers, educational specialists, and other cross-functional teams.

🌟 Your role and impact

• Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines to support content creation at scale.

• Assist content creators in developing, refining, and deploying their applications, ensuring production readiness.

• Develop both frontend and backend code as needed, with a primary focus on backend development (Python required; React is a plus).

• Apply software architecture principles to design robust, maintainable systems; experience with CI/CD and functional programming is a plus.

• Act as a coach and mentor, supporting colleagues and content creators experimenting with building their own apps for minor tasks.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, tools integration, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, delivering effective, scalable solutions.

💰What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary of €4500 to €5800 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience).
