In this role, you will:

• Execute daily outbound/Inbound stock transfers to other store and warehouse locations
• Research and investigate inventory-related issues
• Execute regular inventory cycle counts; resolve and report variances
• Identify and resolve issues with any inbound units
• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach an optimal resolution according to marketplace guidelines.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments to accomplish goals
• Communicate with other teams to ensure accurate inventory, order SLA’s, issues/photos and timely service
• Develop an understanding of shoe conditions, specifically those considered "issues" by GOAT standards
• Manage GOAT pick-up and GOAT drop-off timing, issues and accuracy
• Thrive on problem-solving and creating solutions derived from data
• Use data to provide impactful analysis of inventory trends to minimize loss
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience working in an inventory control or order management setting
• Experience with inventory tools, systems and processes in a retail or warehouse setting
• Experience in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and inbound/outbound stock processes
• Proficient use of Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong background in maintaining a high volume of constantly changing inventory
• A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work while standing and walking and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong knowledge of the sneaker industry is a plus
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
