You assess a wide range of requirements and apply relevant techniques and technologies to build a robust architecture. You provide technical expertise of data technologies to the various Data Analysts and to Business Areas and Functions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide the role of a data service broker for Data &amp; Integration Services.</li> <li>Participate in the incubation of new potential data services.</li> <li>Establish and maintain data security standards.</li> <li>Build and maintain integration and data pipelines between systems (ERPs, CRMs, MES…)</li> <li>Provide architectural support of data technologies to the various Data &amp; Integration Services projects.</li> <li>Ensure the ongoing development of our data technologies are aligned to the roadmap (standardization, modernization, and optimization of the technology landscape).</li> <li>Work with Enterprise and other domain architects to ensure data technologies are incorporated and aligned to the overall IT technology architecture and data security.</li> <li>Maintain an ongoing awareness and understanding of emerging IT data technologies and communicate and recommend relevant technologies, best practices and standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Profile/Competencies</strong></p> <p><strong>Education, background, level of experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>10+ years of functional experience in IT</li> <li>10+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives</li> <li>7+ years of practical experience in projects in application interface development and data integration</li> <li>Extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing data lake/data warehouse implementations (Oracle, Snowflake, Azure…)</li> <li>Extensive experience in data technologies related to business intelligence, analytics, Extract/Transform/Load (Talend, Alteryx, Informatica, ODI…), API management, enterprise application integration (EAI), predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and master data management.</li> <li>Experience integrating Business systems.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Has previously held positions requiring an overall perspective of structure, strategy, issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Person Specification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Actively drives own development.
