Director, Pricing-Managed Transportation

•    Lead the development of comprehensive pricing strategies for Hub’s Managed Transportation division.
•    Continuously evaluate and refine the costing and pricing models to grow revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
•    Utilize data insights and analytics to identify opportunities for incremental savings outside of base rates.
•    Incorporate new solutions and products to grow market share and provide end-to-end solutions for potential customers.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance.
•    Provide strong leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
•    Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, or Finance or equivalent combination of education/certification and work experience.
•    5 years of work experience in Supply Chain/Transportation.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a robust understanding of transportation, economics, and supply chain network behavior.
•    Ability to interact with others at all levels, including the senior executive leadership team.
•    Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in research, planning, development, and implementation.
•    Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills (clear and concise), as well as strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and judgment.
•    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•    Attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000/year base salary+ bonus eligibility
