Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p></p><p></p><p>IT Sr. Solutions Manager SAP Manufacturing</p><p>As the IT Senior Solutions Manager, Manufacturing SAP Deployments, you will plan and coordinate successful deployments of the global Manufacturing SAP application across all Stryker divisions, functions, and regions, leading Stryker’s advancement in deployment of these technologies.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Solutions Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP manufacturing solutions using SMARTerp template. Expertise in S&amp;D, MM, IM, WM will be essential for project execution and process improvement.  Expertise in transforming SAP ECC manufacturing to S/4 will be vital to organization’s strategy in Accelerate Manufacturing.</p><p> </p><p><u>Who We Want</u></p><p>Accuracy-oriented team leaders. People who can effectively coordinate and focus the work of skilled employees toward an important goal, prioritizing to the right activities that lead to success.</p><p> </p><p><u>What You Will Do</u></p><p> Project Delivery:</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project delivery related to SAP manufacturing processes and solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.</li><li>Define a deployment framework which can be leveraged across all Manufacturing SAP programs and projects and perform activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.</li><li>Create individual/custom deployment plans for each program across Stryker divisions, functions, and regions with detailed contingency plans; and “Go/No Go” decision points.</li><li>Create, coordinate, and influence the deployment communication plans, including “Go Live” readiness, change management, cutover, and stabilization.</li><li>Work with divisional deployment leads and IT teams to manage and prepare each division for solution readiness, data cleansing, data migration and training, and manage and coordinate with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.</li></ul><p>SAP S&amp;D/MM/IM/WM/RTR Expertise:</p><ul><li>Provide deep technical knowledge in S&amp;D MM IM WM modules.</li><li>Design, configure, and optimize SAP S&amp;D MM IM WM functionalities.</li><li>Integrate to PP/QM/RTR SAP modules</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales and Distribution, Forecast to Supply and Record to Report.</li></ul><p>Full Life Cycle Experience:</p><ul><li>At least 3 to 5 full lifecycle project implementation experience in SAP ECC Manufacturing</li><li>Demonstrate hands-on experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.</li><li>Understand the end-to-end project phases, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.</li></ul><p>Collaboration and Leadership:</p><ul><li>Confer with internal staff to analyze operational procedures and identify solutions for improvements.</li><li>Work with PMO, Delivery Leads, Process Leads, and Change management to develop standards, tools and systems to effectively and efficiently manage the deployment of the Manufacturing SAP products across Stryker divisions, functions, and regions, as well as provide guidance and mentoring to these team members.</li><li>Establish deployment metrics and ensures each division, function, and region are measuring pre and post “Go Live” success metrics.</li><li>Work closely with IS Service Delivery teams to ensure implementation of post-production support model and processes and ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to provide smooth deployment process.</li><li>Partner with the IS Governance team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX 404, and PM standards.</li><li>Conduct “lessons learned” after each deployment to continuously improve the deployment process over the course of the program.</li><li>Manage the HR designated tasks for the people within their team, and deliver activities with a financial focus on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>What You Will Need</u></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.</li><li>Master's degree in MIS, MBA or related di
