Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Adobe Analytics SME to support our Adobe Analytics Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics, analyzing data to produce meaningful and actionable insights for core business stakeholders, and building reports and dashboards to serve ongoing data needs. This role involves collaborating closely with Customer Journey Analytics analysts and the CX platform Manager.

Requirements

• Support the Adobe Analytics Center of Excellence by fulfilling reporting requests and developing dashboards.
• Articulate insights and findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Journey Analytics analysts and the CX platform Manager to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Train other analysts on Adobe Analytics to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Proactively investigate data anomalies and irregularities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Necessary Skills:

• Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics, with experience supporting multiple clients or environments.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to produce meaningful outcomes from complex data.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard visualization and Tableau Prep.
• Knowledge of SQL and data processing fundamentals.
• Ability to rapidly adapt and extend dashboards as business needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail industry background.
• Experience with Journey Analytics.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
