Advanced Product Specialist - Temperature + System Products

Role + Responsibilities  

• Support the Regional Business teams with high level technical questions. 
• Conduct national product focused meetings with the Regional Business teams to ensure knowledge retention and development across all groups.  
• Provide relevant service training to our Authorized Service Technicians and Product & Application Engineers. 
• Collaborate with our Talent Development department for customer training offerings.  
• Develop and implement comprehensive training materials for internal and external partners. 
• Review and publish knowledge articles internally and externally. 
• Communicate and address product quality concerns. 
• Establish succession plan by mentoring Product & Application Engineers. 
• Maintain certification for conducting specified trainings. 

Qualification + Profile  

• Bachelors in a technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Associates in a technical field with 4+ years of related experience OR 5+ years of combined experience, education, and training 
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with experience in effective presenting, instructing, and training. 
• Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment. 
• Up to 10% travel (1-3 times/quarter), unplanned
