The Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Project and Initiatives Role will focus on Pressure Pumping Cost Out projects. One of the projects is initiative to manufacture and procure more products from internal supplier, another- review of current product offering to be procured thru Global Supply Chain Plants, as well as review of current processes for cost out improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Reviewing and analyzing our current processes for cost out opportunities.
  • Defining and leading cost out projects for Product Line Supply Chain.
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Handling standardized processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Implementing updated and newly developed processes and procedures

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment.
