Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to position AT&T’s Home Internet offerings, including Fiber and fixed wireless products, as market leaders. This role emphasizes strategy development, market trend analysis, and data-driven insights to ensure marketing efforts are impactful, customer-focused, and aligned with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Development:
- Contribute to the creation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs, focusing on AT&T’s Home Internet portfolio (Fiber and fixed wireless).
- Use consumer data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and support the achievement of business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader corporate strategies, particularly around expanding AT&T’s Internet footprint.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to provide recommendations for shaping marketing strategies.
- Evaluate product and commercialization business cases and new opportunities for potential marketing support
- Develop scenario planning for marketing contingencies to proactively respond to competitive and industry scenarios
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Assist in defining and articulating product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of AT&T’s Fiber and fixed wireless Internet solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of marketing strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate AT&T’s Internet offerings.
- Support the development of narratives that resonate with residential customers, emphasizing reliability, speed, and secure connectivity.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the Internet service provider market.
- Use data-driven analysis to provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and customer engagement in Fiber and fixed wireless products
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for AT&T’s Home Internet offerings.
- Use analytics to recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support reporting on campaign performance and insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the Internet service provider industry.
- Contribute ideas to integrate innovative strategies into AT&T’s marketing approach to maintain competitive differentiation for Fiber and fixed wireless products.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing within residential technology, preferably in Internet services or telecommunications.
- Proven ability to support the development of marketing strategies and product positioning to drive growth and differentiation.
