The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and enhancing predictive models, automating feedback loops for production systems, and creating scalable data products to support Bitsight’s cyber risk platform.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, implement, and enhance statistical and machine learning models to support product development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and other teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into production systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor model performance in production and contribute to processes for continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create repeatable processes and scalable ML/AI data products for development and deployment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute new tools, utilities, and code to strengthen shared data science infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Document work clearly and communicate findings through design docs, presentations, and technical discussions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop ML/AI strategy and operational best practices through insights and opportunity identification.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Requirements:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor degree in a quantitative field with minimum 1 year equivalent data science industry experience at the senior level.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong programming skills in Python with solid SQL experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world problems with measurable outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record working with distributed compute systems in a cloud provider such as AWS or GCP.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience deploying and monitoring ML/AI models in production environments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is motivated to drive business impact through data science.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible, team-oriented, and well-organized.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Advanced degree with research experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience in cyber security.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience on advanced ML techniques such as neural networks, deep learning, graph neural networks, or related approaches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with GPU-based training systems at the code and system level</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working on both structured and unstructured data sources (text, logs, or web data).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interest in contributing to shared codebases or publishing technical knowledge.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Belonging &amp; Inclusion</span></b><span><b>. </b>Bitsight is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
