We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales process by assisting customers with product inquiries, managing inventory records, and coordinating with the sales and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information and answering inquiries promptly and accurately
• Support the sales team in processing orders and preparing sales documentation
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to arrange product promotions and events
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales assistant or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using sales management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
