INTERNAL POSTING - FOR CURRENT MIDDLETON FLC EMPLOYEES ONLY

• Ability to use hand and belt sanders to finish product. 

• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints, job orders, and drawings. 

• Remove dents, scratches, and defects from metal surfaces using hand and power tools. 

• Cut, weld, grind, sand, & drill materials as necessary. 

• Organize and label finished product. 

• Form and deburr metal products using machines. 

• Assist in conducting inventory counts 

• Assists with Forklift Driving/Material handling. 

• Lead and manage a team of Handrail Operators, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues. 

• Oversee the metalworking process for various projects, including fabrication, assembly, and installation. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) 

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Ability to follow verbal instructions 

• Ability to read tape measure 

• Ability to use hand tools 

• Basic math skills 

• Forklift training
