About the role
<p>As an intern within the AI Lighthouse, you will support ongoing projects at the intersection of data engineering, digitalization, and manufacturing processes.<br> <br> <strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support project management activities within AI and digitalization projects.</li><li>Contribute to process streamlining and optimization initiatives.</li><li>Act as a contact point for data-related topics across stakeholders.</li><li>Interface with manufacturing teams to align data solutions with operational needs.</li><li>Support data engineering activities, including data structuring and flow development.</li><li>Contribute to the development of mainstream data flows and engineering processes.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, Business Engineering, or a related field</p><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong interest in digitalization, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions.</li><li>Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts is an asset.</li><li>Interest in value streams or manufacturing processes is a plus.</li><li>You are proactive, structured, and have solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas and technologies.</li><li>You have knowledge of PowerBI semantic model an report development.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies:</strong> Analytical thinking, learning agility, collaboration and stakeholder management, initiative and ownership, Digital mindset and innovation orientation.</p>
