In this compelling leadership position, you will plan and direct the work of staff who provide overall direction with technology products and processes; assess enterprise functional needs and implement technology solutions to support; define strategic outlook; coordinate operational activities of the unit through the efforts of subordinate staff managers; coordinate operational activities of the unit through the efforts of staff managers

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Management - Senior Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Apply an understanding of strategic issues of importance to determine functional technology needs of enterprise across diverse and complex groups
• Direct the development, formulation, and implementation of new technology coordinating simultaneous implementation programs across divisions
• Identify appropriate resources to support cross-divisional projects and new strategic initiatives.
• Direct the establishment of best practices and guidelines for existing or new technologies.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

• 8 years experience with demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed teams
• Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
• A technology leader who could build and grow high performing agile teams
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with the business and technical teams to influence certain business/technology outcome
• Experience leading teams through Cloud adoptions including strong familiarity with AWS
• Demonstrated experience building strong working relationships with Executive and Senior management across various functions

Desired Experiences

• AWS Certification(s)
• Familiarity with Planning, Design, Road maps, POC implementations for AWS Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with leveraging ECS, EKS and Fargate services
• Familiarity with AWS database services such as PostgreSQL RDS, Aurora
• Expertise in designing solution architecture with a view towards resiliency, availability and very comfortable in designing Failover and Recovery strategies
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and technologies for IaC such as Terraform
• Familiarity with designing logging framework for cloud watch for all deployed apps
• Should have designed & worked on Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Elastic Bean Stalk for DevOps teams
• Good Knowledge of AWS services such as ELB, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, App Mesh
• Familiarity with maintaining ACL, Security Groups and firewall configurations
• Should have developed sharing strategies for future scaling and performance
• Familiarity with Identify Access Management

Skills

• Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
• Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery
• Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
• Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
• Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
• Experience forecasting, predicting, and monitoring financials with a focus on ratios, equities, and debts
