We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communications and support across all service lines. Your ability to deliver excellent customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain lasting client relationships will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor project progress and ensure service quality meets client expectations

• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery

• Coordinate follow-ups and schedule client meetings when necessary

• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless integration

Qualifications
