Job Summary

Plays a crucial role in the Contingent Labor Governance committee, leading cross-functional initiatives and processes. This position is integral to managing contingent labor dashboards, overseeing special projects, and expanding the Vendor Management System (VMS) to include our international businesses. The focus is on supporting governance processes, collaborating with senior management for strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business requirements. The role involves documenting business requirements, analyzing current and future state business processes, developing scalable processes, and contributing to system configuration. This individual will actively engages with cross-functional teams, conducts assessments of business processes, and provide valuable insights for process improvements and system enhancements.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the contingent labor governance process.
  • Support senior management for business analysis and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology owners and business stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure alignment for assigned functions and projects.
  • Document business requirements in the form of user cases and user stories.
  • Analyze existing and future business process flows for comprehensive understanding.
  • Develop scalable processes aligned with the Company's architecture vision.
  • Deconstruct technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.
  • Contribute to system configuration and development to assess benefits and impact.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify completeness and accuracy gaps, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in systems rollout, training, and communication.
  • Complete assessments of business processes, including problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in large dataset analysis (strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience with Workday (strongly preferred).
  • Prior experience with VNDLY or a Vendor Management System (preferred).
  • Consulting or large project experience (preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Smartsheet (preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred).
