We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a Digital HR Strategy & Project Manager to join our talented People Projects team!
The HR Service Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for play a critical role in defining the strategy, designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that include SAP/SuccessFactors and other related HR technologies.
To success of the role, the individual collaborates with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance, and contribute to the success of our organization's digital HR strategy initiatives, and thrives on building and sustaining a continuous improvement and automation culture within HR processes and systems according to HR 3.0 strategy.

Role & Responsibility
Digital HR Strategy
- Develop & execute a strategy for HR Operations and Technology to deliver continuous process improvement initiatives while providing a positive employee experience
- Drive the adoption of the HCM products supported by researching innovative technical trends and developments within SAP/SuccessFactors landscape and other related HCM technologies
- Identify and address system performance issues, data integrity concerns, and security vulnerabilities, working closely with IT teams to implement appropriate resolutions
- Develop solution strategies and roadmaps within a specific domain and overall HR technologies
- Ensure all business processes and HR systems are fully compliant with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, business process owners, and IT teams, to gather requirements, define system specifications, and recommend effective solutions
- Manage vendor relationships for technology and services including risk assessment, performance to SLAs and contract reviews
Project Management
- Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex internal projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time and budget
- Identify opportunities for HR automation and process improvements, enabling tools and systems that deliver tangible value such as fit/gap analysis of existing processes
- Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise HR transformations
- Monitor and track change milestones and schedules, inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issues
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management
- Establish project teams & lead multiple improvement initiatives from initiation, analysis, solution design and execution and deliver successful outcomes by use of proven techniques (Lean, six sigma, etc.)
- To promote successful solution delivery, plan & define the right project resources with HR functional areas to ensure future business process owners are on the project team to allow for smooth handoff when project is closed/live.
Job Requirement
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on operational objectives
- Strong knowledge and understanding on trends of new HR technologies and other IT technologies
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Information Systems
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices
- Strong understanding of project management methodology
- Proven experience with budgeting and cost management
- Proficiency in HCM(SAP/SuccessFactors-Employee Central), Payroll, Time and Attendance, HR Service Delivery and other HRIS software systems
- Travel required: <20%
