How You’ll Contribute:
The Senior IT Project Manager is a highly experienced individual contributor responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Diversified’s landscape. This role drives execution of high-impact projects spanning infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, cybersecurity programs, enterprise applications, systems integrations, and digital transformation efforts.
This position requires a strategic delivery leader who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, financial value (ROI), and success criteria in partnership with executive sponsors and IT leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and monitor SLAs ensuring vendor performance meets project standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across infrastructure, security, applications, data, and development teams to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, working sessions, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting on schedule, scope, cost, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints.
• Manage formal change control processes and maintain disciplined project documentation.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into measurable business value and operational impact.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards throughout delivery.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and turnover of projects to future owners.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to strengthen delivery practices.
Resource Management, Metrics and Reporting:
• Partner with functional leaders to align appropriate technical resources to project priorities.
• Monitor capacity and proactively address resource gaps impacting delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend tracking.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain structured RAID logs and project dashboards.
• Deliver consistent, accurate reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Measure project performance against defined KPIs and business case objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution predictability, efficiency, and quality.
Physical Working Environment:
• Fully virtual / remote work environment.

What You’ll Bring:
Education/ Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, related field or equivalent professional experience
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• 7+ years leading large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
