| Salary £12  Per hour | Permanent, Part Time, 20 hours per week | Reflections Restaurant | County Hall, Preston |

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of refreshments, salads, sandwiches and hot foods.
  2. Operate catering equipment as required and after appropriate instruction.
  3. Set up and merchandise counter displays, dining and service areas.
  4. Participate in cleaning tasks, washing up, and the cleaning and clearing of the kitchen and associated areas.
  5. Maintain a safe working environment ensuring food hygiene and health and safety policies are adhered to and ensure defects and breakdowns are reported to the relevant authority.
  6. Assist with storage of deliveries and undertake minor clerical and numerical tasks for the completion of necessary records and checklists.
  7. Undergo on and off the job training sessions.
  8. x2 part time 20hr per week vacancies required

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
  • Good customer care skills.
  • Previous catering and food preparation experience would be desirable.
  • A willingness to be trained
