<p>Job Description</p><p></p><p><b><span>The Position</span></b></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist in Visual and Augmented Analytics to lead strategic analytics initiatives aligned with our forward-looking vision for modern, AI-enabled analytics. The role is within IT, CDO and Consumption, Insights &amp; Advanced Analytics Organization. This role combines technical expertise in business intelligence platforms with a visionary mindset to drive the evolution of next-generation analytics beyond traditional dashboards. The ideal candidate will guide innovation in a fast-paced, highly regulated pharma and life sciences environment.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you do?</span></b></p><ul><li>Deliver hands-on multi-platform analytics products, which are reusable and scalable across divisions. </li><li>Drive new capability evaluation, product positioning, integrations and rationalization.</li><li>Lead innovation efforts involving AI/ML-driven insights and agent-based orchestration. </li><li>Drive best practices in data visualization, governance, report cataloging, data lineage, and insight reusability. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across geographies to align technology and business goals. </li><li>Serve as mentor and technical thought leader for BI developers and data engineers.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience Required</span></b></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics </li><li>Proven track record of driving strategic data &amp; insights initiatives in complex, regulated industries (preferably pharma or life sciences)</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to quicky establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders </li><li>Proven track record of leading strategic data initiatives, not just execution </li><li>Innovative thinking, experimental mindset</li><li>Hands-on expertise with BI platforms such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Qlik, including modeling, security, and publishing workflows </li><li>Familiarity with agent frameworks, GenAI orchestration, and prompt engineering for BI use cases</li><li>Demonstrated product and customer-centric mindset, with strong storytelling capabilities around data value realization </li><li>Experience with agent orchestration, stream analytics, or real-time ingestion, semantic layers concept, BI metadata modelling</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Nice to have</span></b></p><ul><li>Master degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field </li><li>Experience with GenAI/ML platforms such as Dataiku, Databricks, Amazon Bedrock, or similar </li><li>Exposure to Conversational BI or natural language querying via ThoughtSpot or Power BI Copilot</li><li>Strong understanding of pharma regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, GDPR) and secure data handling practices</li><li>Experience with BI observability, telemetry, and performance tuning for large user bases </li><li>Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and API-based analytics integration</li><li>Knowledge of automation and scripting for BI/cloud operations (e.g., PowerShell, Python)</li><li>Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms</li><li>Agile or Product Management certifications (Scrum, SAFe)</li><li>Experience in launching, scaling, or governing enterprise analytics products</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we offer</span></b></p><ul><li>Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment </li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally </li><li>Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern (e.g., even 80% full-time is possible in justified cases) </li><li>Pension and health insurance contributions </li><li>Internal reward system plus referral programme </li><li>5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contribution </li><li>Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lítačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card </li><li>Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora, and Mall.cz discount programmes </li><li>Up-to-date laptop and iPhone </li><li>Parking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music corner </li><li>Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more </li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Ready to take up the challenge?
