Internship Overview: As a GMS intern at our dynamic organization, you will embark on a hands-on learning experience designed to immerse you in the intricacies of treasury operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Global Market Sales, Trading, and Treasury team, and contributing to the efficient processing of daily operational tasks, compliance with regulations, and enhancement of our processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

For our Global Market Sales Department we are looking for a proactive, eager and ambitious intern who will operate as part of front office team and have opportunity to learn first-hand to service HNW (high net worth) clients and Investment companies. As a GMS intern you will learn about financial products (Bonds, Equities, FX, Forwards and Swaps) , KYC (know your client) principles, Mifid II regulation. There is a pleasant working atmosphere where there is room for personal development and where initiative is valued.

Internship Learning Areas: 

• Participate in helping Relationship Managers and KYC team with regard to new prospect client customer files in terms of AML,KYC,CDD standards
• Assist in automatic inputting of trade deals executed by account officers such as equity and money markets. Help reconciliation of daily trades with treasury services department and complete end of day reports.
• Provide support to Relationship Managers in regards to documents requested by our clients such as statements and portfolio reports.
• Participating in monthly Investment Committee meetings and provide operations help to the dedicated RM.

Education:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Finance, or related field).
