We have operations all over the world including production facilities located in Sweden, United States, and China. We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Manager at our Newport, Arkansas location.

Position Overview:  Analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, writes, edits, and implements software programming applications with a focus on C#, Blazor, .NET, and SQL technologies.

• Software Development: Develop, design, and edit original applications or modify third-party applications using C#, Blazor, .NET, and SQL.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze and define software requirements to determine specifications and standards.
• Solution Proposals: Propose software solutions.
• Cost Estimation: Determine the cost of new and modified systems and engage in the proposal process.
• Testing and Approval: Test and approve applications.
• User Training: Train users and write training manuals for applications.
• Support and Feedback: Manage user support and feedback for applications.

• Supervision: Performs work under general supervision.
• Problem Handling: Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Manufacturing Experience: Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Solid working knowledge of C#, Blazor, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with C#, Blazor, .NET, and SQL.
• Leadership: May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• Debugging skills
