Brief Summary of Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join Copado's AI team. This core team is responsible for developing and maintaining Copado's central AI services that power AI capabilities across all Copado products, including Copado DevOps Platform, Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), and Copado AI Platform solutions. You will work on sophisticated AI implementations that enhance software development, testing, and deployment workflows for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with cutting-edge AI knowledge to build scalable, production-grade AI systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Platform Development

• Design and implement core AI services that power Copado's product ecosystem
• Architect and maintain the central AI platform serving multiple Copado products
• Build intelligent systems for knowledge processing, automation, and user assistance
• Develop scalable AI agents for DevOps workflow optimization

Technical Architecture

• Design high-performance, scalable backend services using Python
• Implement secure APIs for cross-product AI functionality
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of AI services
• Build distributed systems that scale effectively

Engineering Excellence

• Optimize AI model performance and resource utilization
• Contribute to frontend development for AI feature implementation
• Stay current with AI and software development trends
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI solutions

We Are Looking for Someone With

• Software Development (5+ years experience preferred)
• Python ecosystem expertise (asyncio, FastAPI/Flask, SQLAlchemy. etc)
• Software architecture patterns and distributed systems
• Database design and optimization
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

AI/ML Expertise

• LLM integration and prompt engineering
• AI agents and autonomous systems
• Vector databases and embedding systems
• RAG architecture implementation
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex, etc)

Infrastructure & Scalability

• Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Performance optimization for distributed systems
• Security best practices for AI services
• Monitoring and observability tools

Education

Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field
