The Operations Technology (OT) Security Lead at Lubrizol Corporation is a critical role responsible for leading a team of OT security experts and ensuring the robust security of our OT environments. 

 

What You'll Do:

As an Operations Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Lead you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, focusing on adapting IT security standards for OT, fostering collaboration between IT and OT, and enhancing the security posture of our OT systems through hands-on involvement, strategic guidance, and effective management of security initiatives. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. The OT Security Lead will work closely with security architects, engineers, and the governance, risk, and compliance teams to achieve measurable improvements in OT security.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on operations technology.
• Proven experience in leading and managing OT security teams.
• Experience in securing operational technology environments, including SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems.
• Experience in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures for OT environments.
• Experience in managing OT security projects from conception through implementation.
• Experience with incident response and recovery planning specific to OT environments.
• Proficiency in OT system security, network security, and application security.
• Strong knowledge of OT security testing, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
