The IT Project Management Lead oversees various system projects and/or programs of a complex nature. The IT Project Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The IT Project Management Lead will collaborate with peers to develop and implement standard Project management processes and best practices, monitor project performance, and provide regular updates and feedback to management. The IT Project Management Lead will oversee and manage a portfolio of Projects executed by Project Managers and Scrum Masters. This role will align to IT Infrastructure/Engineering initiatives, enterprise wide.

The IT Project Management Lead assembles and leads project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigating risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, so they may effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing programs, they oversee the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects and sets strategies and leads program execution to deliver longer term business value. Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.

  • 8 or more years of experience in Technology related field.

  • 2 or more years of direct project leadership experience

  • Extensive management experience in a large corporate technical environment, with oversight across diverse technical platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.

  • Must be enthusiastic about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or other advanced degree or certifications.

  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification

  • Experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps environments.

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.  

  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

**This role is largely remote but will require occasional presence in our home office in Louisville.**

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$123,800 - $170,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
