<p><strong>Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>As a Senior Supply Planner (m/d/f) you <strong>manage the supply planning process</strong> for our waterdrops portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels across all SKUs to meet customer demand.</li>
<li>You <strong>create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs)</strong> for production, ensuring timely delivery of our waterdrops portfolio.</li>
<li>You <strong>manage inbound shipments</strong> to maintain inventory levels and support production needs.</li>
<li>You <strong>handle invoice approvals</strong> related to supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>You <strong>monitor and maintain inventory levels</strong> at multiple warehouses, considering shelf life to avoid stockouts or excess.</li>
<li>You <strong>create Work Orders (WOs)</strong> for designated sales channels and <strong>approve Sales Orders (SOs) </strong>for Joint Ventures, ensuring the availability of the stock.</li>
<li>You <strong>collaborate with production and logistics teams</strong> to align supply plans with demand forecasts and inventory targets.</li>
<li>You <strong>build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders</strong>, addressing any supply chain issues promptly.</li>
<li>You drive <strong>continuous improvement in supply planning processes</strong>, implementing best practices and new technologies.</li>
<li>You <strong>proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain </strong>and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li>
<li>You oversee the supply chain aspects of <strong>new product introductions and product delistings</strong>, ensuring smooth transitions.</li>
<li>You analyze data to forecast supply issues, <strong>providing actionable insights for decision-making</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your strengths and qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have a <strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree </strong>in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>You bring at least <strong>5 years of experience </strong>in supply planning for finished products or a similar role.</li>
<li>You have <strong>strong analytical skills</strong>, enabling you to interpret data and optimize supply plans.</li>
<li>You are <strong>proficient in supply planning systems and ERP software</strong>, with experience in system optimization.</li>
<li>You excel at <strong>problem-solving</strong>, quickly addressing any issues that arise in the supply chain.</li>
<li>You have <strong>excellent communication skills </strong>and work well with both internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>You are <strong>proactive in preventing supply chain disruptions </strong>and continuously seek improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>You have <strong>experience managing product launches and delistings </strong>within a finished goods environment.</li>
<li>You thrive in a <strong>collaborative, fast-paced environment</strong>.</li>
</ul>
