Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to support our Learning & Development practice within EY. As a member of the People consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences.
You’ll be specifically part of Learning & Development projects and advise stakeholders while building trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.

Your specific role as (Senior) Manager Learning & Development is twofold:
- You will deliver on various projects ranging from strategic projects (e.g. designing the learning strategy, defining the operating model, …) over to operational projects with a focus on the design and delivery of learning programs.
- You will be able to support in account management by building client relationships, developing proposals in line with clients’ needs and making sure that we remain top of mind.
Your Profile
You have:
- a Master’s in Psychology/HR/Communication…
- min. 5 to max.10 years of demonstrated work experience including the following:
- Learning and development projects including instructional (digital) design, training, facilitation and delivery, user experience and design of learning pathways (including virtual, classroom and blended learning opproach);
- Conducting learning needs and gap analyses to identify learning needs and translate them into learning objectives and a practical training approach per target audience;
- Practical project management experience including planning, reporting, budget management, risk management and complex project monitoring;
- Business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients; building trusted client relationships and having strong networking skills;
- You have full working proficiency in Dutch AND English; knowledge of French is a nice to have.
Ideally, you also have
- Knowledge and expertise in Leadership development and Skills Based Organisations (SBO)
- Mastered the integration of Persona-led learning and design thinking principles in practical training implementation
- Experience in LMS and/or LXP system implementation both from a front-office and back-office perspective;
- Knowledge or at least a strong curiosity in innovative learning solutions such as AI, Machine learning, VR etc.
- Relevant consultancy experience, working in a Big 4, a global management consultancy firm, niche organizational strategy houses or boutique consultancy firm;
