The role:

The PMO will require working closely with the European FFT Core team within Programme Management and PMOs as support function to project coordination and assisting activities.  

The objective is to ensure smooth coordination between teams, ensure proper information flow and support the internal stakeholders. Key to this role is to support all aspects of project management, planning and administration for project delivery. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Programme Manager to manage projects events and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate communications and deliverables with project stakeholders.
  • Support (Senior) Management with daily and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Set-up and manage meetings for the Core stakeholders.
  • Track, record and publish the summaries.
  • Maintain documentation and archives (electronically).
  • Record the RAAIDDs (risks, assumptions, actions, issues, dependencies, decisions) in Azure Devops tool. 
  • Maintain the event and call cadence in alignment to Global and Regional needs.  
  • Coordinate training activities.
  • Communicate the generic information (as appropriate).
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders through supporting function.  

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as PMO.
  • Advanced level of English - both written and spoken.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Experience with large multinational company. 
  • Strong time-management, organizational and meeting management skills. 
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures and language differences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to record and deliver high-volume bits of information in most understandable way. 
  • Solid skills to record the key messages appropriately. 
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
