Job Description:

Sherpa 6, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Integrator. This position is dedicated to identifying and resolving capability gaps within Army Tactical operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of military operations, coupled with advanced technical expertise. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of impactful, mission-critical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and attend meetings with vendors and 3rd party program offices.
• Compile meeting notes and distribution of content to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support program office fielding synch and integration.
• Support the program with acquisition management.
• Remain abreast of military, government and commercial technologies related to C4ISR that can support your customer.
• Aid integrating new equipment with current equipment for demonstrations and testing.
• Aid with new equipment specifications and standards between vendors and program office.
• Conduct new equipment training on assigned products and supply context for equipment uses and capabilities.
• Train and integrate ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server and CIVTAK.
• Able to configure Tactical radios and manage MANET networks.
• Identify discrepancies, anomalies and defects in products provided to your customer for evaluation.
• This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience working in a similar role, with hands-on experience in systems integration.
• Strong experience with network architectures and hardware configurations.
• Experience administrating Linux and other server systems.
• Military experience or in-depth knowledge of standard Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Ability to problem solve system and network design issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong writing and reporting skills, able to compile detailed technical documentation.
• Familiarity with RDT&E (Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation) across different government organizations.
• Experience with government procurement processes.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent years of experience in IT-related fields.
• Past affiliation with Special Operations Forces (SOF) is a plus.
• Tactical communications experience, including configuring PRC-148C, PRC-163C, MPU-5, 4200/4400, 400/600/850/950, and 117G/152A radios.
• Experience configuring routers, switches, and bridging disparate networks.
• Knowledge of commercial and tactical satellite systems.
• Familiar with commercial and tactical cellular technologies.
• Ability to manage certificate systems and understand current industry audio/video standards.
