Senior Product Enablement Manager
AffinityAbout the role
Affinity is a relationship intelligence platform that helps dealmakers find, manage, and close more deals by leveraging the power of their network. We use technology to amplify human relationships by providing data and insights that enable people to connect and take action with confidence. At Affinity, you’ll have the opportunity to fundamentally change the way people leverage their relationships to do business.
As our product team grows, we are investing in a dedicated enablement function to ensure every product improvement lands with clarity and drives real adoption. Help build and shape a high-impact function at the center of product and customer success. We’re looking for a Senior Product Enablement Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution—someone who can translate our product roadmap and features into programs that move key metrics, drive user behavior, and bring our value proposition to life. Collaborate with a smart, curious, and passionate team who cares deeply about the user.
About the Role
This isn’t just about delivering feature documentation—it’s about driving adoption, engagement, and product success at scale. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Senior Product Enablement Manager will own strategic initiatives to help drive adoption and use the product effectively as it evolves. You’ll drive programs aligned to north star metrics, guide targeted communication by cohort, and develop enablement content and experiences that meet users where they are.
You'll partner closely with PMs, Product Designers, and Product Marketing to run quarterly initiatives with clear goals—like campaigns, but for product success.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
Drive Product Adoption & Success
- Lead cross-functional initiatives each quarter tied to a specific product goal or north star metric, such as onboarding, retention, or expansion.
- Design programs for specific cohorts of customers, tailoring messaging and support based on where they are in their journey and how they use the product.
- Use usage data, user feedback, and product analytics to develop targeted in-product messages, emails, and educational flows that improve adoption and engagement.
- Create content to promote and educate users on new product launches, targeting the appropriate audience based on the feature and pricing tier.
- Own the product enablement tools (i.e. Gainsight and Productboard) to manage in-product notifications and programs to create the best user experiences and close the loop between product and customer feedback.
- Own and manage the Help Center content as well as write or contribute to Help Center articles and other externally facing product documentation.
Product Communication & Content Strategy
- Ensure users know how to use new features through the right channels (in-product, email, support, etc.), at the right time, and in the right format.
- Partner with product and design to produce compelling enablement content (videos, guides, walk-throughs, etc.).
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of onboarding experiences as the product evolves.
- Own and manage our Help Center articles and content.
Be a Strategic Voice in Product
- Participate in product reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and customer feedback synthesis with PMs.
- Create a feedback loop from internal teams and customers back to Product to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Champion the customer and user experience in how the product is communicated and delivered.
We’re excited about you because you have:

At Affinity, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t perfectly align with the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
