Job Description

QAD is looking for a Support Associate to work with the Service Delivery department of QAD. If you are willing to start a career in the ERP business and become an expert Service Delivery Consultant for QAD’s ERP software to our clients in the manufacturing area-this is the job for you! You will be part of a global team with a lot of international contacts and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the organization.

The position is remote with the ability to travel to Wroclaw, Poland. Please, submit your CV in English.

What you will do:

• Work in an exciting job for an ERP vendor with a focus on Manufacturing
• Be responsible for providing support to QAD Global Customers and partners, on the QAD products
• Perform analysis to identify the cause of a reported problem area and recommend corrective actions to our customers
• Maintain a log of issues and analysis steps including the creation and review of reusable solutions, which are posted to the QAD website. 
• Report to the Manager of the Southern EMEA Support team 
• Work as part of an international Support team with a lot of international contacts and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the EMEA organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or other similar Technical studies, or equivalent experience
• Required technical skills and basic knowledge of programming 
• Knowledge of databases (E.g SQL)
• Team player, willingness to work in the international environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the clients
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to continually learn new products and technologies
• Business knowledge in one area such as Manufacturing, Logistics, etc. will be a plus
• Previous experience with ERP will be a plus
• Very good English language skills
