The Team

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 350 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.

As an Associate in in Workplace Consulting you will be responsible for executing, reviewing, or supervising recurring project work that requires timely delivery, the highest quality, and communicating project status to clients. You'll be identifying project exceptions and following them through resolution.  While working in a collaborative work environment, you will have the opportunity to improve processes, identify other improvement opportunities and crafting required project documentation.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Minimum 2 years of formal client facing support experience
  • Proficient with Excel and Word. Microsoft Access a plus
  • Technically inclined with application experience and aptitude (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, etc.).  A plus for those with an understanding of databases and the ability to learn SQL
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query/validate results to identify issues and confirm expected results
  • You are highly organized and have a very strong attention to detail
  • You have a track record of balancing and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Your analytical and problem-solving skills are a key strength
