Senior Visual/UX Designer

<p><strong>Your role</strong></p> <p>Join us as a talented <strong>Senior UI/UX designer</strong> with <strong>extensive Visual and UX design knowledge</strong> at Oracle NetSuite Barcelona! By being embedded in the <strong>Templates team</strong>, you will focus on our <strong>design systems</strong> while leveraging your UX expertise to innovate and standardize our visual language. You’ll contribute to creating visually beautiful and highly usable experiences for our customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will work closely with the Templates team Senior Manager and the Visual Design Manager, reporting to the latter. Your role will <strong>focus primarily on discovery and product design</strong> but also to provide any visual design support and expertise as needed in the Templates team. Therefore, you will also be required to <strong>act as the liaison</strong> between the Visual Design team and the Templates team. This will mean working with a <strong>multidisciplinary team</strong> of product managers, UX designers, researchers, content designers and engineers to produce top-notch experiences. You will be responsible for bringing all the knowledge about the award-winning <strong>Redwood design system</strong>, which we apply to our product, ensuring its principles are well understood and implemented.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be part of a <strong>cross-organizational team</strong> that is <strong>evolving our design system</strong>, collaborating with multiple product development teams in Oracle NetSuite globally.
