(Senior) Software Function Developer (m/f/d)

<p>As Software Function Developer (m/f/d) you are a key figure for development of innovative technical functions and solutions for embedded systems covering the entire specification, analysis, design and test process.</p> <h3>Your impact</h3> <ul> <li>Analysis and definition of functional requirements, as well as their translation into design and test specifications from a system and standards perspective.</li> <li>Crucial role in modeling, simulation and the analytical design of robust controls</li> <li>Integration of the developed algorithms into a modular software architecture</li> <li>Construction, execution, and documentation of tests, as well as the validation of algorithms in the model, on HiL test benches, and on systems in the laboratory.</li> <li>Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture and analyze requirements for new software functions</li> <li>Design and implement software functions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements</li> </ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <p>You successfully implement projects with your high level of dedication and initiative. Your assertiveness, negotiation skills and ability to deal with conflicts prove their worth on a daily basis. You understand how parts need to come together to build the final product and systems.</p> <ul> <li>You have an engineering degree (preferably in the field of electronics, controls, telecommunication, physics or similar)</li> <li>At least 3 years of work experience in telecommunication, automotive, HVAC system, white goods or similar, preferably in engineering projects related to embedded systems design and/or model-based software engineering</li> <li>Experience in using architecture modeling tools, e.g. SysML / UML, Matlab / Simulink</li> <li>Knowledge of abstraction and modeling techniques</li> <li>Proven track record in the design, implementation and documentation of SW architectures preferably for embedded control systems</li> <li>Proficient English skills, German language skills are a plus</li> </ul> <p>We believe in people and their potential.
