Job Description
The Manager of Omnichannel Deployment is responsible for directing omnichannel marketing efforts across our medical portfolios. This includes leading a cross functional team that is responsible for the vision, goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve commercial business success with the product lines that the omnichannel team supports. This individual will hold the customer experience paramount and ensure personalized and cohesive messaging is deployed to drive maximum engagement and return on investment.
Job Duties
- Omnichannel Campaign Launches and Project Management
- Project managing end-to-end omnichannel campaign launches (including design, build, and scale-up phases), managing diverse business and stakeholder priorities.
- Monitoring campaign performance closely, identifying areas of improvement and project managing adjustments.
- Working in an agile environment to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Development
- Pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data to make strategic decisions on audience, tactic, and messaging selection.
- Analyzing data to determine KPI campaign predictions and shape future investment strategies.
- Sales Enablement and Strategy
- Overseeing and launching sales enablement tools and best practices to assist field sales with better lead qualification, funnel management, and faster sales conversions.
- Identifying sales strategies where inside sales teams can be leveraged effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across various teams and stakeholders, including compliance, legal, marketing communications, marketing, sales, analytics and reporting, and inside sales, to identify potential tactics to achieve commercial plan goals.
- Customer Experience and Innovation
- Optimizing a personalized customer experience at each touchpoint for a cohesive and engaging experience.
- Partnering with organizational leaders/champions to drive adoption of digital and customer experience best practices.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in omnichannel marketing to build thorough proposals on innovative channels that align with how customers learn about new technologies and make purchase decisions.
