ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Director, International Commercial Communications, will drive a cohesive policy communications strategy aligned with international commercial priorities and the International Commercial Office. Will coordinate and collaborate with relevant colleagues in Global Media, Chief Marketing Office, across local markets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that effectively advance the objectives of the international commercial organization and the International Commercial Office with international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and local communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency in policy messaging.
- Manage communications related to international commercial policy issues, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination in coordination with relevant cross-functional partners.
- Lead complex policy communications with cross-functional teams outside of a reporting structure, ensuring alignment of international policy communications messaging.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of relevant external communications strategies, including AI, social media and digital platforms.
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance in all activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12+ years in international commercial communications and health policy, crisis communications, and issues management.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in developing communications strategies for external stakeholders, including policymakers, KOLs, and media.
- Successful collaboration with Commercial teams, Policy & Public Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
Travel Requirements: Approx 20% international travel and some domestic travel required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204,700.00 to $341,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
