Goldman Sachs Private Bank provides competitive borrowing and cash management solutions from Goldman Sachs Bank USA that are strategically integrated with our client’s wealth management goals.  Our experienced team partners with PWAs to advise clients on new loans, refinancing and restructuring of existing loans along with overall liability management.  Our lenders and mortgage specialists provide a wide range of creative borrowing solutions against asset classes ranging from marketable securities and alternative investments, residential and commercial real estate to more tailored solutions against private assets such as aviation, fine art or vineyards.  All team members are employees of Goldman Sachs Bank, USA. 

Our Impact

Private Bank Lending Service Professionals work directly with our Lending Advisors and clients to provide exceptional client service, operational support. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and are responsible for the operational management and oversight of the lending process and client experience. Some of the main responsibilities are supporting the onboarding of client relationships, ensuring we are meeting our client’s objectives, liquidity management and ongoing relationship management. 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Leverage knowledge and client service experience to contribute to business growth 
• Primary point of contact for all clients around their loan relationship with Goldman Sachs 
• Liaise with clients to gather due diligence and KYC information to manage new account process with Goldman Sachs 
• Work closing with Lending Advisors to support Private Bank clients 
• Identify potential opportunities and serve as key client liaison to co-ordinate with other areas across Wealth Management to meet client needs 
• Manage cash balances and private banking services in account 
• /borrower modifications and servicing requests as well as providing regular reporting to fund sponsors/borrowers as needed.
• Ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures.
• Manage expectations and resolve client needs through strong,  proactive communication with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Bachelor’s Degree Required 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure 
• Strong interest in client service with minimum of 3 years in a client facing role and/or credit/lending related role.
• Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity 
• Interest in lending and the Financial Services Industry
