Business Associate

At Mbanq Cloud, we're enabling Fintechs, neobanks, challenger banks and credit unions to bring innovative financial services to the market in a matter of weeks rather than years, by providing access to payment rails, card issuing and acquiring services, compliance services, and white-labeled web & mobile apps, in addition to our core banking solutions.

As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all business operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of business plans and strategies
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other business-related documents
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and making travel arrangements
• Research and compile information for projects and presentations
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Handle and resolve customer service inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or communication
