Position Overview
Senior Associate – a full-time position that provides support for the accounting and reporting of the Company’s investments. Partner with investment operations teams and asset managers to maintain financial data in subledger systems and interface data into the SAP accounting ledger. Fulfill both internal and external reporting inquiries. Ensure financial reporting follows Corporate Accounting Policies and accounting guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform review and interface data from subledger to company SAP accounting ledger monthly. Prepare manual entries and run financial reports.
- Compile daily and monthly reconciliations of GL account balances between SAP ledger and subledger system.
- Prepare monthly portfolio asset roll forward and earned income reports. Ensure financial data is prepared under Corporate Accounting Policies. Provide quarterly and annual reporting requests, footnote disclosures for STAT financial statements, and annual surveys, along with referencing supports and documentation.
- Correspondent to internal and external audit requests and compile supporting workpapers for interim and annual audits.
- Contribute feedback and work through improvement opportunities, such as improve efficiency, enhance reports, and use AI tools to eliminate manual processes. Candidate will be involved with researching accounting issues and developing and implementing procedures.
- Assist with special projects, research work, system upgrades and ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure SOX compliance including developing, documenting, testing, and reviewing controls and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP, Analysis for Office (AFO), Crystal Report a plus.
- Knowledge of SS&C CAMRA system and FIS Investran system a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Technology to create and update SQL queries a plus.
- High-level of proficiency in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High organizational skill, time management and collaboration.
- Ideal candidate is self-starter, has good listening skills and is willing to learn.
- Problem-solving abilities.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $77,500-$110,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligib
