The Center for Food and Nutrition Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is in need of a Temporary Research Assistant to assist with recruitment and data collection for a randomized, controlled trial designed to evaluate the effect of healthy food policies on food shopping and eating behaviors.  The Research Assistant will be responsible for participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, administering study surveys, placing restaurant and grocery orders for delivery to participant's address, and data entry. The Research Assistant will also be responsible for communicating with participants and answering questions via phone and text, as well as teaching participants how to use the online restaurant and grocery ordering system.  The Research Assistant must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other research team members. The ideal candidate will have availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, as the majority of study activities and responsibilities are concentrated at the beginning of the week.
